Phantego is a Phenomal moving, exceptional gelding by Phantast out of
our Premium rated Oldenburg mare Legacy* by Lehndorff. This colt has tons
of suspension, power and drips with class. He has plenty of bone, but is
still elegant and light in his movement. Long, long hip with a powerful
hind end, which propells him up and out. Phantego has a wonderful topline,
and with his fabulous hind end,he swings through his back even in the
walk. Phantego scored Premium at his Oldenburg inspection, scoring 8.0 or
higher in all of his catagories even though he was only a little over a
month old when presented. He scored 8.2 for movement and was Grand
Champion colt!
Phantego is
a a very friendly, bold gelding and is very people oriented. It is our
guess that Phantego will mature 16.2+. Phantego's dam is 16.2 and his sire
is 17h.
Phantego is everything one could hope for in a performance mount. He has 3 exceptional gaits, and is a modern type warmblood colt with correct gaits and limbs. He has the movement for dressage, the looks for the hunters, and his breeding background has proven itself time and time again in eventing, dressage, hunters and equitation. With his color of bay with 4 socks and a blaze, he will get you noticed in the show ring. Phantego is a dressage riders dream. This gelding knows he's special. Approved home only.
