Labonte is a surviving twin, with absolutely no health issues, has been sound and healthy all his life. At age 5 he is approx. 15.1h. We are selling him for a talented junior jumper mount. Labonte is 1/2 Oldenburg, 1/4 Holsteiner and 1/4 Thoroughbred & carries full German Oldenburg Verband registration papers.






Labonte shows a lot of athleticizm and balance in his gaits, exibits a bold temperament & is very people oriented. The recent free jumping pictures were taken April 2010. It was his second time free jumping and he handled the jumps very well, taking it upon himself to jump through the chute multiple times on his own! Oxer was set at 3' which he jumped from a standstill. Labonte has been backed and has shown that he is a very quick learner and eager to do his job.










Labonte has good feet and is correct. At his inspection for registration for German Oldenburg Verband, Labonte was well received. Both German inspectors commented "very nice colt with an overall balanced frame".








Labonte's pedigree is marked with notable jumper bloodlines like Ludendorf, Furioso, Silvestor, Maximus, Cottage Son, Silbersee, Capitano, Precipitation & Lugano.

LABONTE'S DAM:

Labonte's dam is a Registered Canadian Warmblood mare of Holsteiner bloodlines. She competed in dressage, even though her pedigree suggests jumping, before being retired to our broodmare band.

Lehndorff showed in both Dressage and jumping with great success.
